When God Is All You Have

Chaos all around. Life is spiraling downward. Nothing going right. Depression and failure is all that you see. What do you do?

SATURATE YOURSELF IN GOD’s WORD! Hear the word! Read the word! Listen to the word! Speak the word! Soak in the word! Praise the Lord! Amen!

When all else is failing…STAND UP and FIGHT! It doesn’t matter what your life looks like. It doesn’t matter what you feel. It doesn’t matter what people say about you. It doesn’t matter what you look like. It doesn’t matter what you see. God has a MIGHTY PLAN for you and He is working behind the scenes!

His word lives! His word is true! His word is your answer! He will never leave or forsake you (Deuteronomy 31:6) and His word never returns void. It will accomplish everything it says it will. (Isaiah 55:11) He meets you right where you are, right now! He knows what you are facing. He knows your giants. He knows your struggles. He knows your pain. He knows your sufferings. AND HE CARES!

Soak in His love, His healing, His restoration, His strength, His provision, His power, His might! SATURATE YOURSELF WITH HIS WORD! STAND UP and SAY, NO MORE! ENOUGH IS ENOUGH!

GOD IS OUR RESTORER! (Joel 2:25)

GOD GIVES DOUBLE FOR OUR TROUBLE! (Job 42:10)

So, STAND UP and FIGHT!

Your Miracle Moment

smiley-chaosHave you been feeling like everything that could gone wrong, has gone wrong? Do you ever feel like no matter what you do, things just aren’t getting better? Does it feel like your prayers have gone unanswered?

So many believers have been struggling. They just can’t seem to get their breakthroughs. Whether you’ve been dealing with sickness, pain, anger, addiction, frustration, debt or anything that has kept you bound and chained for way too long…there is great news for you today!

We may not be able to understand why things have been happening to us or why things keep going terribly wrong, however we can know that God’s timing is always perfect!

Ecclesiastes 8:6: “For there is a time and a way for everything, although man’s trouble lies heavy on him.”

Habakkuk 2:3: “For still the vision awaits its appointed time; it hastens to the end—it will not lie. If it seems slow, wait for it; it will surely come; it will not delay.”

Isaiah 40:31: “But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.”

For those who are determined to wait for the Lord’s timing, it can be a very difficult and frustrating time. You can be doing everything you know to do, only to keep hitting roadblocks every step of the way. You could be praying, reading your Bible, spending time with the Lord, tithing and sharing with those in need…only to find yourself constantly fighting your way through the day.

We are currently in the most Holiest days of the year. Within these Holy days come some incredible insight into God’s timing. God’s calendar runs on the Jewish calendar perspective. Rosh Hashanah, Yom Kippur, and the Feast of Tabernacles all represent the beginning of the new year according to God’s calendar. It is a time of repentance, forgiveness, rejoicing and thanksgiving.

What really makes this year special is that September 2015 marks the beginning of the historic Jubilee. It’s no mere coincidence that everything in the past seven years have been difficult for believers. There’s no coincidence that you’re reading this article when you need it the most. There are no coincidences. God has a specific purpose with a specific timing.

In the Bible, seasons and times are made very clear.

Ecclesiastes 3:1: “For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven.”

Galatians 6:9: “And let us not grow weary of doing good, for in due season we will reap, if we do not give up.”

Well guess what…we are coming into the most incredible season ever! Jubilee only happens once every 50 years. It is a time for renewal, it is time for chains breaking, it is time for loved ones to be touched, it’s a time for financial breakthroughs, it is a time for restoration and healing. God is about to release waves of miracles so great that you won’t have time to catch your breathe. God has the most amazing plan for you and your loved ones.

Don’t miss this historical season of Jubilee. God has a way, a purpose, and perfect timing. Ask God to give you wisdom. Ask God to show you if there’s anything in your life that needs repentance. Ask God to show you what He would like you to do in preparation of the Jubilee. As He begins to guide you, please make sure to walk in faith and do whatever it is He asks of you, without waiting and without doubting. For we are in His amazing hands, guided by His truth, knowing that everything is about to change!

Give Up Perfectionism

perfect-erasersWhether you are an employee who wishes to do a good job for your employer, a housewife who takes care of the kids and household, or a student who tries to study really hard for those good grades…everyone wants to be loved and do a good job. They want to be recognized for their hard work and dedication. There’s nothing wrong with striving to do a good job BUT what happens when all that striving bogs you down and you end up making mistakes?

That’s when you can become guilt-ridden, frustrated and upset…which just increases stress and worry. Then the stress and worry can become illness which in turn begins a cycle of defeat. And on and on and on.

It is so important to realize that none of us are perfect! Everyone has things about themselves that they would like to change. Nobody has it all together, no matter how hard they try. If you constantly strive for perfection, you will end up worse off than if you would had just taken a step back, breathe and then move forward. We all want to do the best job we can, in all situations. However, the stress and worry that’s caused by perfectionism is not healthy and will create such confusion in your life, you’ll begin a downward spiral that is quite difficult to overcome.

“But God is not a God of confusion but of peace.” (1 Corinthians 14:33)

Stop beating yourself up! Stop holding onto your mistakes or failures AND…Let it go. You can not control what happens from those mistakes. However, you can release the mistakes, apologize for the mistakes and let the spirit who lives within you control the outcome. God has given us a fresh start everyday and he still has an amazing plan for your life. Don’t miss out on His goodness because you keep trying to control everything by being perfect. Perfection fails but God does not.

“And great crowds came to him, bringing with them the lame, the blind, the crippled, the mute, and many others, and they put them at his feet, and he healed them all.” (Matthew 15:30)

So today, let go of your failures and pain. Let go of your stress and worry. Let go of your burdens. Lay it all at Jesus’ feet and rest in the one and only perfection…Jesus! He loves you right now. He wants to heal you so you can experience the abundant life He has in store for you. Let it all go and see the amazing things He will do!

Ever Feel Like An Outcast

Have you ever felt different from everyone else? Feeling like an outcast or you simply didn’t feel like you fit in with the crowd? Well, I sure have. There have been many times that I didn’t fit in or I felt rejected in some way. It tends to make you wonder, “What’s wrong with me?” Why do I feel like I stick out like a sore thumb?

Oh Yes You Are

Guess what? We are blessed and meant to be different:

“If you belonged to the world, the world would treat you with affection and would love you as its own. But because you are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, the world hates you.” (John 16:19)

The good news in Galatians 1:15 says: “But when He, Who had chosen and set me apart before I was born and had called me by His grace (His undeserved favor and blessing), saw fit and was pleased.”

We were created and chosen by God, Himself. So, STOP TRYING TO FIT IN. You don’t have to feel different or rejected just because the world may see you this way. You can simply be grateful that you are unique and special because you belong to the Creator of the Universe.

You don’t need to go searching for peace, love or happiness. You don’t need to feel lost, hurt, depressed, sad or alone. God’s presence surrounds you at all times! You are valued and loved right now, this very minute! You don’t have to change because you are more than enough just the way you are. YOU ARE A CHILD OF THE MOST HIGH GOD, HE LOVES YOU RIGHT NOW AND IS PLEASED WITH YOU!

SHOUT…I AM SPECIAL, UNIQUE, TALENTED, LOVED AND ACCEPTED!

Oh Yes You Are 2

Why don’t you take a moment to thank Him.

Say:  Lord, Thank you for accepting me into your family, just as I am. I’m grateful that you love me and that your amazing presence surrounds me. Thank you for making me special and unique with a very bright future. Thank you for your love, guidance, provisions, guidance, and protection. You are the reason that I can accept and love who I am right now. In Jesus’ mighty name, Amen!
