Never Alone

God Loves YouHave you ever felt alone and unsure?  Feeling like no one understands, no one cares; leaving you empty and confused.  With the world in an “all about me” mentality, it is very easy to feel alone, insecure, and feeling like there is no way out.  Maybe you have been pushed to the brink of suicidal thoughts; feeling like it’s the only way to stop the emptiness.  Well, I have very GOOD NEWS for you today. You are not alone!

There has never been such a time where people feel so lost.  The world is under attack.  Satan knows that his time is short.  He is doing everything he can to bring you down and out.  Maybe he’s attacking your finances.  Maybe he’s attacking your family.  Maybe he’s attacking your emotions.  Maybe he’s attacking your mind. Whatever He is attempting to do within your life; He who lives within you is greater than he who is in this world.

God promises to never leave or forsake you.  He loves you so much that He fills you with the comforter, the Holy Spirit; who lives within your heart and soul.  He understands exactly how you feel and wants to fill the void deep within you.  His love surpasses anything you can try to do to make the emptiness go away.

No one is able to comfort you or understand what you’re going through, like God.  You can not expect others to do for you what only God can do.  He is the only one that truly knows what you need.  He wants to wrap you in His arms; letting you know how much He truly cares.  He wants you filled with happiness. He wants you filled with joy. He wants you flooded with an intense peace.

Joy Comes in the morning

God is your source.  He wants to supply all your needs.  He wants to help. So, be encouraged today and ask Him to fill you with His love.   He promises to show you how much He cares.  He will flood you with such incredible love that you will become contented and calm.  Everything that is overwhelming you will cease and become non-existent.

Don’t let Satan win.  Instead, know that You are never alone and that your Heavenly Father loves you very much!

Continuous Journey

Thank youAs you began to step out, the path was difficult.  Unsure of where it was leading or if you were making a difference.  When you take time to reflect on where you used to be to where you are now; can you see the changes that have occurred since you began your journey with Christ?

Some changes are subtle.  Some much larger.  When you first started your journey, how did you act?  Were you rebellious?  A partier? A worry wart?  Obnoxious?  Self indulgent?  Chasing money and status?  Living promiscuously?

Living the world’s way always looked like fun.  People wanted to hang out with you because you were the life of the party.  Friends gathered to drink the night away. But what happened when you became a follower of Christ?  Did everything change?  Did people drop out of your life because they didn’t understand?  Did people look at you differently?

As you continue your journey, don’t fret what you might have lost.  Don’t worry about how people judge you from your past.  You are a new creation in Christ; worthy of His righteousness, glory, and honor. (2 Cor. 5:17)  Individuals that belong in your life will remain while others need to be let go.  What we need to realize is that unless they have an encounter with Christ themselves, they will not understand what you have experienced.  They will not understand how you can be peaceful, content, and forgiving; while they still struggle with past issues.

There are so many wonderful things to learn along the way.  It is a continuous journey that changes you from deep within until it starts to overflow into other people’s lives.  Embrace the changes.  Be empowered to be different.  For those who knew you back then, may eventually notice the difference.  And, who knows…they may come to Christ after seeing the tremendous things God does in your life.

Enjoy the Journey

I pray that the Holy Spirit continuously changes you; becoming deeply rooted in Christ.  There is nothing better than His love that exudes from the pores of your body. Being changed by His mighty hands is more powerful than anything the “world” holds.

So embrace your truth and your incredible purpose; for God has an amazing journey made specifically for you.  Be bold, brave, and beautiful for your life’s journey with Christ will be the greatest encounter of love you could ever imagine. Your past doesn’t define you, God does!

Healing Power

Hope for HealingWounds come from a lot of different places.  It could be something from your past.  A bad report from the doctor. Something that someone said about you. Maybe you felt rejected by parents or friends. Whatever your wound or wounds might be, you don’t have to live with them any longer.

There are countless stories in the Bible that showed God’s mercy and healing.  Every where Jesus went, healing followed.  The good news is that God is the same yesterday, today, and the future.  So whatever He did then, He will do now.

Matthew 9:35  “And Jesus went about all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues, and preaching the gospel of the kingdom, and healing every sickness and every disease among the people.”

God wants us free from all pain, suffering, and sorrow.  He wants you happy and whole.  He wants the absolute best for His children.  He wants you prospering in your body, soul, mind, and emotions.

Every wound that ails you have to flee when Jesus is on board.  His healing power lives within you through the Holy Spirit. When you feel rejected, guilty, or an ache in your body; say to yourself, “By His stripes I am healed” (Isaiah 53:4-5) and feel the rush of love overtake you.  You may not be able to feel your healing immediately, but, don’t get discouraged.  Keep standing on His promises because healing has no choice but to come.

So, the next time an old wound attacks you…know that Jesus is in the house and it has no choice but to flee.  Be healed, whole, and restored for we serve an AWESOME GOD!
