Get ReadyDuring the winter, we tend to hibernate. It’s a time of silence, reflection, and preparation. It’s a time when you feel there is a huge stagnation surrounding you and you simply don’t understand why. The only thing you could do was lean on your faith; knowing that somehow, everything was going to work out in your favor. Worry, doubt, and uncertainty likes to creep in during the night that you just can’t seem to shake.

But, now…Spring is in the air. Flowers are blooming, trees are budding, and you can feel the excitement in the air. Spring is such a beautiful time of the year when the Earth renews and all things seem possible. There is a newness that surrounds you. An anticipation that brews, waiting to bust out and come alive.

God is getting ready to make a shift in your life and it is going to ROCK YOUR WORLD! You have stood firm on His word. You have stood on your faith. You have kept hopeful against the odds.  And, He is getting ready to do something AWESOME in your life.

Our loving Father wasn’t silent during those winter months. Noooooo…He saw you standing in faith; hoping that things would get better. He saw all the seeds you were planting into your heart, family, friends, and co-workers. He didn’t miss a thing you did, nor, was it in vain.  Our God is a God of seed, time, and harvest!

“And let us not lose heart and grow weary and faint in acting
nobly and doing right, for in due time and at the appointed season we shall reap,
if we do not loosen and relax our courage and faint.” [Galatians 6:9]

Get Ready 2

Doors of opportunity are about to explode open. Your health is about to spring healing. Your relationships are about to become joyful and peaceful. Your finances are about to be restored far more than you could ever imagine. We serve a BIG GOD and He loves to do BIG THINGS for His children. God has been working behind the scenes this entire time to ensure that all things are in His perfect order and timing.

So, all I can say is GET READY for it’s YOUR TIME TO SHINE! Think Big, Dream Big, and know that we serve a BIG GOD! Your BEST DAYS are just ahead! So, Get Ready for the most amazing time of your life. God is READY TO BREATHE IN YOUR DIRECTION and SUDDENLY, ALL THINGS WILL SHIFT INTO YOUR FAVOR!

Are You Under Attack?

Unexpected BlessingsEveryone I know, including myself, seems to be going through difficulties in their lives right now. The one thing I’ve really noticed is that it truly doesn’t matter who you are. If you are trying to stand on the right side of things and you are trying to stay in faith…YOU ARE UNDER ATTACK! It could be in your finances, it could be in your emotions, it could be in your relationships, it could be in your health…or worse…it could many areas of your life, all at once.

I think we all could agree that it is a very difficult time for all believers. The more you try to stand, the worse it gets. The more you try to pray, the crazier life gets. Just when you feel like you are starting to make progress, you get hit with a new problem. It’s simply madness! I know…I’m right there with you.

The constant question I hear is “WHY?” Why is this happening? Why can’t I make any progress? Why can’t God do something? Why won’t God help? Why would God allow this to happen? Why? Why? Why?

There’s nothing wrong with asking that question. God already knows exactly how you feel and why you feel that way. It isn’t a surprise to Him. It doesn’t make Him angry for us to question. The way I look at it is that God sees all, knows all, understands all the questions, and He knows that He has the answers already…even when we can’t see them yet.

Ecclesiastes 3:1-22 For everything there is a season, and a time for every matter under heaven: a time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up what is planted; a time to kill, and a time to heal; a time to break down, and a time to build up; a time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance; a time to cast away stones, and a time to gather stones together; a time to embrace, and a time to refrain from embracing; …

See…the hardest part for all of us living in these “I want it now” world is waiting on God. We have no idea why something might be happening in our lives, but He does. God knows if He is planning on using your testimony for someone else down the road. And unless you go through some difficulties, how could you possible help them if you haven’t experienced it yourself? He also knows what His plans are for your life and how amazing it’s going to be! But again…the hardest part is for us to wait patiently upon Him and wait for His perfect timing.

Isaiah 40:31 But they who wait for the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.

1 Peter 5:10 And after you have suffered a little while, the God of all grace, who has called you to his eternal glory in Christ, will himself restore, confirm, strengthen, and establish you.

Psalm 34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the Lord delivers him out of them all.

So today, I’m asking all of us to breathe a bit easier as we go through the difficulties. I completely understand that they seem to be getting more intense and more often. Please keep reminding yourself that there is absolutely nothing that can come against you that He doesn’t already have an answer for. Keep your eyes on Him and everything will be alright. Because when He brings you through the difficulties, you will soar to new heights. You will have more than enough. Your pain will subside being replaced with His amazing love, strength, and renewed vitality!

He will bring you through at the perfect time, the perfect way, and with the perfect results! He is GOD OF ALL! There is nothing too hard for Him! He wants you to be successful! He wants you in good health! He wants you to have more than enough! Jesus came to give you life and life more abundantly!

Deleting The “I” Factor

Time2Have you ever wanted to change something about yourself, only to think that it was too late? Maybe you always wanted to get your college degree, get married, lose weight, overcome an addiction, get out of debt, or start a new career; only to talk yourself out of it by saying it’s too late. I can’t do it. I’m too old. I don’t have any energy. I don’t have the time. And the list could go on and on because we all can make up a lot of excuses. Don’t we?

We are all so aware of time. Between family, friends, work, school, hobbies, sports, television shows, housework, cooking, and more…none of us ever feel like we have time to do anything other than just making it through the day. And what’s worse is we never can get all of the things done that we wanted to get done. So, the list just keeps growing. Which in turn makes you frustrated, angry and stressed out.

One of our biggest problems is that all of that is “I” related. I can’t do it. I don’t have enough energy. I don’t have the time. I can’t. Blah, blah, blah, blah, excuse, excuse, excuse…

Instead of having the “I” factor, we need the “God” factor. There is absolutely nothing too hard for God. He can help us balance our time. Heck…He created time. If we need to rethink our daily schedules to accomplish something that God has placed on our hearts…He can help us balance our lives to make it happen. He can help us get rid of the clutter so we have time to focus on the very thing He is asking us to accomplish.

The truth is…IT’S NEVER TOO LATE! All things are possible with God. If God created time than don’t you think He could multiply it in your life where you get so much done in a shorter period of time; you’ll be wondering what the heck is going on.

God is full of grace and mercy. And the best part is that it’s new every morning. (Hebrews 4:15) 

When you find yourself struggling and having the “I” factor. Take it to God. Ask Him for more time. Ask Him for another chance. Ask Him to help you. Ask Him for His wisdom. Then lay all the excuses at His feet.

Something Wonderful

Every day is a new chance. Every day you have the opportunity of seeing God’s goodness overcome the problem. He is all knowing, all powerful, and all loving. Why don’t you let Him be YOUR ALL in EVERY SITUATION TODAY.

God will never let you down and YOU WILL SUCCEED IN ALL WAYS because He who lives in you is far greater than anything that comes against you! And best of all…IT’S NEVER TOO LATE!

Seize the day and be filled with God’s Amazing Grace because something awesome is going to happen to you today!
