Protected At All Times

God will make a wayWith so many threats of evilness surrounding us today, it is very easy to get caught up in the “what ifs” of fear.  Just flipping through television channels or the internet can scare the wits out of you. Nothing but panic can settle in your mind when you see reports of bombings, out of control fires raging, school shootings, mudslides, and all of the unrest throughout the world. It’s no wonder why people are sick from the stress, pain, and fear of it all.

But, did you know that the greatest army defends and protects you constantly?  When you accepted Jesus, angels from Heaven began to watch over you.  You were given an entire legion of protection.

Psalm 91:11: For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways.

Luke 22:43: And there appeared to him an angel from heaven, strengthening him.

God has given His angels charge over you. Every time you speak words of faith, God hears and the angels are released to move on your behalf. Throughout the Bible, we are told about angels providing guidance, strengthening, encouraging, answering prayers, and caring for those who believe.

That’s why it’s so important to speak encouraging words about your own situation. You either open the door for God and His angels to help or you open the door for the enemy. That’s why we are told that the power of life and death are in the tongue. It is imperative that no matter what you face, speak God’s word and His promises over the situation. It truly doesn’t matter what you see or feel…what matters is God’s word that will move mountains on your behalf.

Legions of Angels

Don’t miss another moment to see things through God’s eyes. Every time you find yourself in a difficult situation, find scripture that directly reflects towards the issue you are facing. Speak it over and over into your life. God will see that an angel is dispatched on your behalf.

You are always protected. Listen to the small voice within and never forget that you might entertain a stranger that just might be an angel that was sent from Heaven. (Hebrews 13:2)

 

Don’t Give Up

Hold OnEvery where you turn, things are being shaken. The world is changing so fast that most people are unable to keep up with the demands, technology, and family dynamics. Heads spinning while trying to figure out which way to go, why things aren’t happening the way they want, and when in the world are things going to change.

All of us, who have been called, find ourselves struggling. Nothing seems to go right. Nothing seems to be happening. You take one step forward and ten steps back.  But, I’m here to shout with you…HOLD ON!

All of us have been in the small beginnings stage; learning for the journey that lies ahead. God has placed a purpose and dream into your heart. You’ve stepped out in faith, trusting in His guidance.  But, for some reason, it doesn’t appear to be working out.

What we need to realize is that every step taken is a setup, not a setback. When we listen to God’s guidance and step forward, He is watching over every aspect of the purpose and will make sure it comes to pass. No matter what we see or feel, God is the Author and Finisher of our destinies. (Philippians 1:6) He is in charge of the how, why, who and when.

People around you might be mocking. Friends and family members can be pushing you to go in a different direction. People might be leaving your life. However, if God has called you for a specific task…HOLD ON and DON’T LET GO!

  • Keep trusting!
  • Keep pushing through the barriers!

For if you do, God promises that you will not be ashamed, humiliated, or disgraced (Isaiah 54:4).

You just might be one step, one encounter, or one moment away from your dreams coming true. For when God’s perfect timing comes upon you and all the pieces of the puzzle come together, it will be more AMAZING than you ever expected! Job 8:7 says it this way…“And though your beginning was small, your latter days will be very great.”  So, whatever you do…HOLD ON! Your best days are just ahead!

IT REALLY IS THIS SIMPLE

Oh, how we all work so hard. Life has a way of throwing us so many curve balls and usually it’s all at once. It tends to make us stressed, confused, and concerned; not knowing which way to go first.

But today, I’m asking you to stop for a moment and take a breather.

If our Loving Father can create Earth and everything that goes along with it, in 6 days, why do we think that all the problems we face are too hard for Him? We have the tendency to think we are all alone. We all strive to work hard and then when things come against us, we work even harder. Most of us find our days getting longer and longer. Feeling like there’s just not enough time to get everything done.

What we all need to do is realize that we are not alone. God is waiting for us to give it all to him. He knows every single thing that is going on in our lives. He knows how stressed we are. He knows what will bring us happiness. He knows what plan He has for each of us. He knows how to complete everything on our “to do” lists. He knows everything there is to know. He is simply waiting for us to surrender it all to Him. Not just a small piece of it or just the huge problems. He wants us to surrender everything to Him; things as small as pimples to the over-the-top, overwhelming issues that have us bogged down.

Jesus died on the cross to give us the peace, love, joy, wisdom, understanding, miracles, and everything else Heaven has to offer. God gave us His absolute best. JESUS! And through Jesus…everything we need, everything we seek, and all the knowledge and wisdom, comes from our Heavenly Father.

So no matter what you are facing today, God has the answer. All you need to do is ask. Ask Him to take the pressures from you. Ask Him to release His peace. Ask Him to guide you to His answers. Ask Him for the healing you need. Ask Him to help you get everything accomplished. Let it all go this instant and rest at Jesus’ feet.

As a child of the Most High God…He promises you that He’ll take care of all your needs. He promises that He’ll never leave nor forsake you. He promises to guide you. God can not lie! So, quit trying to do it all on your own. Release it to Him and let God be God in your life.

IT REALLY IS THAT SIMPLE! Quit trying…AND JUST REST!

Calling for Prayer

Again today, we see yet another misguided individual hurt fellow students in Pennsylvania. I ask that you pray for those injured, their families, the responders, and for all those affected by this horrible situation. Please also pray that our society seeks our Lord and Savior. As we see horrible situations take place across the world, it is now more than ever, that we need God’s amazing hands placed upon us.

Thank you for your time and prayers for all those affected. May God comfort you, heal you, and provide for all your needs.
