It is so easy to get caught up with what we see with our natural eyes. You turn on the television or search the web and there’s nothing but chaos, wars, famines, people fleeing their homes, tornadoes, fires, terror, murder, and more. Then you see what’s happening in your own life. Relationships souring, unemployment, overwhelming debt, your bank account is bare, your body aches, and nothing seems to be going right.

When we see with our natural eyes, it can be alarming and quickly turn into depression, fear, and sickness. The most important thing we can do is learn how to see through our spiritual eyes.

“Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eye is healthy, your whole body is full of light, but when it is bad, your body is full of darkness.” (Luke 11:34)

When you start seeing things God’s way, through your spiritual eyes of His power, of His redemption, of His sacrifice, of His protection, of His provision…

• It won’t matter what your bank account says.
• It won’t matter what your doctor says.
• It won’t matter what your family or boss says.
• It won’t matter what your body says.
• It won’t matter that you aren’t being treated right.
• It won’t matter that you’re on the verge of divorce.
• It won’t matter that you’re on the verge of bankruptcy.

What will matter most is that God’s word is final. If you can learn to have faith and believe in the unseen, then your life can start making dramatic turns for the better.

“Faith is the confidence that what we hope for will actually happen; it gives us assurance about things we cannot see.” (Hebrews 11:1)

Let’s face it…we can’t see God putting the puzzle pieces together. We can’t see God working behind the scenes. We can’t see the person He is about to bring across your path. We must believe and trust in God in all things. Not just some things. Not just in the small ways. But in all things.

God says it this way…“let the redeemed of the Lord say so, whom He has delivered from the hand of the adversary”. (Psalm 107:2) So, don’t wait any longer. LET THE REDEEMED OF THE LORD SAY SO!

It doesn’t matter what you’ve done or how your life started out. Quit seeing with your regular eyes and start visioning the incredible life you want to see in your future, through your spiritual eyes! God has the most magnificent plan for your life and you simply can’t out dream God.

He can suddenly take you from broke, busted, and disgusted to having the most amazing life that will absolutely blow your mind! So, what will you start seeing differently? Let your imagination run wild for there is nothing too big or too small for our Lord Jesus Christ!

When we backslide or we feel like we did something wrong; it never fails, guilt creeps in and we start begging God for forgiveness. Now don’t get me wrong, you may have consequences for your actions. However, once you accepted Christ as your Lord and Savior, there is absolutely nothing you can do to lose your righteousness because you are saved through Jesus’ righteousness. He didn’t just save you when you do things right. He saved you from all things.

Now, let’s take it a step further. When Christ died on the cross, He became cursed on the tree for us. (Galatians 3:13) When He said “IT IS FINISHED”, everything was done! There was nothing missing and absolutely nothing else needed.

So, what does that mean to you and me, over 2,000 years later…

IT MEANS EVERYTHING! Every curse that comes against you, every addiction that can plague you IS FINISHED. You don’t have to have someone pray over you. You don’t need someone to anoint you with oil, you simply pick up HIS cross daily and claim it towards your life.

• When that sore throat, cancer, or bodily ailment comes against you…claim that the Lord said it is finished and this sickness has no right in my life.
• When that addiction has power over you…claim that the Lord said it is finished and I am free.
• When you’re having difficulties with others…claim that the Lord said it is finished and I have the right to wonderful relationships.
• When you are lacking funds or something in your life…claim that the Lord said it is finished and you have more than enough to spare and share.

There is absolutely nothing that comes against you that the Lord has not already dealt with. No weapon formed against you shall prosper. (Isaiah 54:17) Scream at the top of your lungs…IT IS FINISHED!

It may not look like anything is happening. Your reality may be showing something completely opposite. BUT DO NOT let that hold you back. For God’s word never returns void and Jesus reversed all the curses. He broke all bondage. Don’t let it have power over you any longer. IT IS FINISHED! You don’t need victory…Jesus already gave you the victory.

Now start claiming your victories! You are the head and not the tail! You are above and not below! You are more than a conqueror in Christ. You were born to be victorious.

Don’t live in the natural realm anymore. Live in His supernatural. You are royalty! Live like it, speak like it, and expect the unexpected. We serve an all powerful, almighty father who wants to bless you more than you could ever think or ask! So, take up His cross daily and watch His supernatural power come flooding into your life like never before. Whoooooo, Praise God that His burden is light. IT IS FINISHED!

You know, it always amazes me how quickly our day can change. You can get up in the morning full of excitement, knowing that something good is going to happen. And then…bam…something goes haywire and all of a sudden you are depressed, angry, and ready to scream at the top of your lungs. But what if there was a way to have a GREAT DAY no matter what comes your way?

Well, I have FANTASTIC NEWS FOR YOU TODAY! There is!

Throughout the Bible, God outlines a lot of curses for those who do not obey His law. These curses have been around for ages and through many generations. Curses of famine, disease, lack, stress, worry, anger, immorality, addictions, and the list goes on and on. But God knew that there was no way that we could obey His laws. They were too perfect. So, Jesus enters the scene.

Jesus came to give us life and life more abundantly. (John 10:10) As soon as Jesus showed up, people were be healed from all types of afflictions. The lame were healed. The blind could see. People were raised from the dead. Jesus set out to heal all who would come to Him and just believe that He was able.

When Jesus was nailed to the cross and said IT IS FINISHED…Every single affliction was conquered. For He nailed them all to the cross! (Colossians 2:14) He single-handedly broke every curse, every affliction, every negative thing that was bound for us. So, THE FANTASTIC NEWS OF THE DAY is that you don’t have to accept anything bad happening in your life. It doesn’t have the authority to stay. Jesus said IT IS FINISHED and IT IS!

• Tell that cancer or affliction…IT IS FINISHED and IT MUST GO!
• Tell that poverty or lack…IT IS FINISHED and IT MUST GO!
• Tell that unbelief…IT IS FINISHED and IT MUST GO!
• Tell that stress and worry…IT IS FINISHED and IT MUST GO!
• Can’t find a job…Tell that unemployment…IT IS FINISHED and IT MUST GO!
• Tell that curse (whatever it may be)…IT IS FINISHED and IT MUST GO!

Every single day we have a choice. A choice to either accept what is coming against us or believe and stand on Jesus’ finished work. Our reality should be seeing God’s supernatural power in our lives every day. So be bold, brave, and believe. For God gave us the answer…it is JESUS and IT IS FINISHED!

Take a stand today. Say outloud…IT IS FINISHED and GET YOUR GROOVE BACK! God promises that you won’t be disappointed for His word does not return void!

While politics seem to be taking first place on the news lately, people are in utter chaos in the Philippines. Devastating pictures are flying across the television set on a small number of channels. Reporters trying to share the intense emotional pain of those affected, but we have to ask, is anyone listening. With one of the most powerful, worst natural disasters on record, it appears it is not news worthy.

We have many readers from the Philippines and our hearts are utterly heart-broken for these people. The reports that I have watched personally, makes my skin crawl. People are literally fighting for their lives and their families’ survival.

The survivors are in utter desperation. No food, no water, sewage and wreckage everywhere. With unbelievable death numbers and decaying bodies lying in the streets, they have to prepare for potential sickness and disease. It is simply unimaginable and gut-wrenching to think of what these brothers and sisters are going through.

This week, I dedicate this posting to them. May we all take a moment and pray for these wonderful people, who have had their lives ripped apart by this massive storm. I ask that we all join together in prayer asking for help to arrive quickly and that God watches over each one of them; helping them to restore what was lost and fill them with incredible peace in the midst of their chaos. We love you all.

The organization is preparing more supplies to be sent like canned goods, hygiene kits and water filtration units. Mercy Corps is preparing to deliver food, water, temporary shelter and other basic supplies to devastated areas throughout the Philippines. You can support the organization by donating through their website, PayPal, or by calling 1-888-747-7440.

Operation Blessing International (OBI) has deployed disaster relief teams in multiple locations following the massive devastation from Typhoon Haiyan. The organization is providing clean water and food, emergency shelter materials and medical assistance. To help the charity’s mission, you can make a contribution on their website.

Samaritan’s Purse has sent disaster relief specialists, including water and nutrition experts, to the Philippines to deliver immediate aid. They have launched the Philippines Emergency Relief fund for this disaster, which you can support online or by phone at 1-828-262-1980.
