Hope For Your Future

Magnify GodJesus’ first coming was to take believers’ sin upon himself and redeem those who would accept and believe in Jesus as Lord and Savior. Jesus loved us so much, He gave Himself for us. (Ephesians 5:2)

For those who have lost loved ones…you can have amazing hope to see them again. The Bible doesn’t describe death as the end. It does just the opposite…it speaks of those that have passed on are asleep (1 Thessalonians 4:13). Why? “For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so God will bring with Him those who sleep in Jesus.”(1 Thessalonians 4:14).

As I had mentioned before, Jesus’ first coming was to redeem us, to take our sins upon himself. So what happens when He soon returns? “Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord.” (1 Thessalonians 4:17)

What an amazing passage in the Bible. We don’t have to worry about death. We don’t have to be afraid with what we see going on in the world. We don’t have to stress out about things going on in our lives. For when God’s trumpet blares, we who believe in Jesus will be caught up in the air and be with Him forever. Now that is something to shout about!

Jesus’ second coming (in the clouds) is not to redeem us from sin. He already did that. It is to bring salvation to all who are eagerly waiting for Him. (Hebrews 9:28) How awesome is that!

For those who have been on the fence about Jesus, it is time to make a choice. Either you believe or you don’t. The choice is yours. You don’t have to change in order to accept Him. He loves you just as you are, right now. He will help you change. I urge you to make Jesus, Lord of your life. For very soon, we shall be caught up in a blink of an eye and you truly don’t want to be left behind. It will be hell on earth and I don’t wish that upon anyone.

The Hope For Your Future comes from the Lord Himself and it’s two-fold. No matter what we face on earth – God is bigger than any problem. He has the ability to help in every situation. And then, once we are caught up, there will be no more sickness and disease, no more pain in the body, no more lack of funds, no more bills to pay, no more hatred and death…NO…for those who are caught up will be walking in Heaven, walking on streets of gold with renewed bodies full of life, love, and happiness.

So what are you waiting for? Call on Jesus right now and surrender your life to Him. It is the greatest decision you will ever make!

Praise the Lord for He is good; His love endures forever! Look up and anticipate seeing Him coming in the clouds! We have the most amazing future ahead of us!

In The Midst Of Your Storm

Don't Give upOver this past year, like so many others, my family and I have been through some of the most difficult times we have ever faced. When my mom was diagnosed with colon cancer, we were shocked. Cancer does not run in our family so the question “why” kept surfacing in our minds.

When you’re faced with the unthinkable, your mind can play some terrible tricks. Thoughts of helplessness, anger, and fear can be so prevalent. The fear of the unknown can be debilitating and paralyzing.

You don’t understand why this is happening. You don’t understand where it is leading. You don’t know how you’re going to make it through. But somehow, some way, you go through the motions of the day. Somehow, some way, you find the courage to continue on.

From our experience, I can tell you we serve a HUGE, INCREDIBLE GOD! When we were tired and wanted to give up, God was there giving us strength. When we would cry ourselves to oblivion, God counted our tears. When we simply couldn’t go on, God’s love shined through.

Even in the midst of our difficulties, God touched many others through us. Sitting in waiting rooms for the next treatment, God would bring someone across our path that needed prayer. Many times that person was worse off than we were. Doctors and nurses were stunned as prayer meetings were taking place in their waiting and surgery rooms.

We may never know the “why” of a difficulty, but we can certainly know that God is Real and He cares. Throughout the entire ordeal, strangers were talking with us like they were old time friends, people were being prayed for, people were getting to know God in a personal way, and many people were being saved. God brought us the right doctors and nurses across our path. He brought answers when difficult decisions had to be made. There is simply not one area that God didn’t provide for.

In times like these, it is so easy to miss God moving through your life. It is so easy to miss the miracles along the way. But when you have a moment of rest, you will notice that God was always there. You will look back and notice just how many miracles He provided along the way.

With so many people going through difficult and stressful times, I wanted to SHOUT IT OUT that GOD LOVES YOU! HE WILL NEVER LEAVE OR FORSAKE YOU! In your worst of times, HE IS THERE!

Today, I can say that mom is officially CANCER FREE! She didn’t have to go through as many treatments as others did. She didn’t have as many side effects as other did. God worked many miracles in her life. It is Him and Him alone that brought her through this terrible time in her life.

We serve a HUGE GOD and there is absolutely nothing too hard for Him! Let Him work in your life today because I can promise you that He still works miracles. Don’t give up…pray up! See His mighty hand come to life within the midst of your storm! And somehow, some way…you will make it through. You will be VICTORIOUS in the end! God will see to it!

Healing Is So Much More

Unexpected BlessingsTo most people, the word “healing” tends to make them think about a physical pain, disease, or ailment. But did you know that in God’s eyes, healing is so much more than that. To God, healing is a complete transformation, complete restoration, complete wholeness. It is nothing missing and nothing broken. He wants you to be walking in perfect peace and joy, in every area of your life.

We are told in the Bible that all scripture is inspired by God. (2 Timothy 3:16-17)

Right now, I’m sure you are asking…what does that have to do with anything? Well, if you are in need of something then the best thing you can do is find a scripture that relates to your need and start saying it over your life. There are two very important reasons for this…

  1. God’s word tells us “And my God will supply all your needs according to His riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (Philippians 4:19)
  2. Gods word will never return void. It will accomplish what it says. “so is my word that goes out from my mouth: It will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I desire and achieve the purpose for which I sent it” (Isaiah 55:11)

So, what do you need healed today?

  • Illness…BY HIS WOUNDS WE ARE HEALED!
  • Finances…JESUS BECAME POOR SO THAT I MAY BECOME RICH!
  • Anger…GOD GAVE ME A SPIRIT OF PATIENCE WITH GREAT PEACE AND UNDERSTANDING!
  • Unforgiveness, I’M REDEEMED BY HIS BLOOD & HAVE HIS FORGIVENESS” SO I CAN FORGIVE OTHERS!
  • Guilt…HAPPY IS THE MAN WHO DOES NOT CONDEMN HIMSELF!
  • Weakness…THE LORD IS MY STRENGTH!
  • Failure…I CAN DO ALL THINGS THROUGH CHRIST!
  • Alone…HE IS CLOSER THAN A BROTHER. HE WILL NEVER LEAVE ME!
  • Danger…EVIL CAN’T GET CLOSE TO ME, HE ORDERED HIS ANGELS TO GUARD ME WHEREVER I GO!

No matter what you are facing today…GOD HAS THE ANSWER AND IS THE ANSWER! Don’t let another moment go by without receiving the complete restoration of what God wants for you.

Start speaking God’s words over your life, over your family, over your job, over your finances, over every area of your life. Because God can do more than you could ever think or ask. You have an amazing future ahead of you. Start speaking to it today!

Where’s the Money, Honey?

Have you noticed just how much the world revolves around money? Have you ever noticed that the more you think about money, the less you find yourself having in your pockets? Why is that?

Well, today, we are going to cover the whole MONEY issue; in a very plain and simple way.  So, let’s get started.

Like most Christians, we are taught to pray for our answers. We are taught seed, time and harvest. Now, don’t get me wrong…these are wonderful tools that God has given us and are discussed at great length throughout the Bible. We are definitely supposed to utilize these tools.

However, we tend to miss the most important lesson when we pray for financial abundance and breakthroughs. What most of us do when we pray is to tell God what we want and how to give it to us. So, when we don’t receive the exact answers we were looking for, we get discouraged and think God didn’t answer our prayers.

What we must realize is that money is not our answer. Yes, we have bills to pay or we have something in mind that we would like to buy. However, GOD KNOW WHAT’S BEST FOR US…WE DON’T!

The best way to describe it is that you can be a billionaire and have bad health. You can have all the money in the world and be depressed. You could have everything your heart desires and be full of anger, loneliness or sadness. Money can slip through your fingers so fast that it makes your head spin. Again, MONEY IS NOT THE ANSWER!  GOD IS!

What I’ve come to realize is that I don’t just want the money, Honey…I want the complete package (III John 2):

  • The wisdom and knowledge to use the funds properly.
  • The who, what, when and where to bless others.
  • How to invest correctly.
  • Happiness, Joy, Peace and everything in between.

See, God wants us whole; nothing missing and nothing broken. He doesn’t want us to just “get by“…He wants us to have “overflowing, pressed down and shaken together, more than enough”!

God wants to see you happy, healthy, prosperous, and filled with joy. Nothing would make Him happier than to see you loving life in every area.

So today, I ask you to let your requests be know to God. BUT…let God be God and provide you HIS way, in HIS timing, and in HIS supernatural perfection. For whatever HE BRINGS will have no pain or sorrow attached! Whatever HE BRINGS will be beyond anything you could have ever asked for, dreamed of, or even imagined.

We serve an AMAZING FATHER WHO LOVES YOU TOO MUCH JUST TO GIVE YOU A PIECE OF THE PIE! HE WANTS YOU TO HAVE THE WHOLE PACKAGE!
