God’s Still In The Miracle Business

locustWhat have you lost during the course of your life? Maybe you lost your job, business, home, car, finances or maybe you’ve lost your health, time, family members, friends, relationships or even dreams. Maybe you even have the mindset that it will never get better or you just simply can’t see a way out.

If that’s you, then you’re going to love the great news today…

OUR GOD IS A MIRACLE WORKING GOD!
OUR GOD IS A GOD OF RESTORATION!
OUR GOD WILL MAKE THE DEVIL REPAY 7 TIMES WHAT WAS LOST!

Every tear you’ve shed, God took notice. For every pain, defeat or loss that seemed to get the best of you, God took notice. Everything you found yourself going through has been recorded and while you were struggling to hold onto your faith and struggling to hold onto your dreams…God already had a solution in mind. He loves you so much that He made sure there was a solution heading your direction even though you might not have seen it yet.

Nothing surprises our Heavenly Father. Nothing can slip by without Him noticing. Whatever pain has been caused during all the losses or defeats, have simply been setting you up for restoration. Restoration is an amazing way for God’s glory to shine in your life. You might not see a way out, but God has one. You might not see how anything could change in your life, but God already has a miracle in mind.

God is merciful! He knows what you’ve endured, what has been lost and He also knows what dreams He has for you and how to bring them to pass.  All you need to do is have the mindset that God is all powerful, all knowing and all loving.  Continue to hold onto your hope and faith; knowing that when God is in charge, all things will work out for your good.

It truly doesn't matter what we can see in the natural. (Hebrews 11:1)
It doesn't matter what your bank account looks like or the economy.
It simply doesn't matter.
When God is in charge...all things are possible!  (Luke 1:37)

Wake up every morning and thank God for His restoration and miraculous solutions. Thank Him for restoring the lost years, opportunities, relationships, finances, love, promotions, health, dreams, sound mind, passions, strength, joy, peace, and everything else in between.

God is never limited by our thinking or by our resources. He owns the entire universe and there is absolutely nothing He won’t do for you. Keep standing in faith. Keep trusting and believing. God has you in the palm of His hand and you will receive your divine inheritance through Jesus Christ. Jesus made us joint-heirs which makes you loved and very special. Hold onto Him in the midst of your chaos, your restoration has been coming for a long time and nothing AND I DO MEAN NOTHING will ever keep it from happening.

Today, I believe and declare that God is breaking all strongholds and everything is being restored that belongs to each of you. Today is a New Day! Believe in the unseen…build your Faith….Rise Up for God’s Favor is upon you!

Stinkin’ Thinkin’

Everyday we are bombarded by thoughts. Maybe you heard a song on the radio and started to reminisce about days gone by. Or, you’re at work and a thought pops into your head and you wonder where did that come from?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with thoughts. They are a part of our everyday life. With all the memories created throughout our life, it would be impossible not to think of them from time to time. However, there is a different side to our thought life that has devastating consequences.

When you are going through difficult times, your thoughts tend to be on the negative side.

Thoughts like:

  • I don’t have enough money.
  • I’ll never make something of myself.
  • I don’t have the right education or skills.
  • I can’t do it, it’s too hard.
  • I will never get over this sickness.
  • I’m a failure.
  • And so on, and so on, and so on…

One of the quickest and sure-fire ways to pain and suffering is to allow STINKIN’ THINKIN” into your life. They are extremely harmful. John 10:10 tells us that “the devil comes to steal, kill and destroy”. One of his ways of trying to destroy you is through your mind. As soon as a negative thought pops into your mind and you allow it to stay there; mulling it over, the devil has you under his control. Yet, the worse part is, is that if we allow ourselves to constantly think these stinkin’ thinkin’ thoughts; we remain in the difficult situation and it actually begins to spill into other areas of our life, becoming much worse than before.

Proverbs 23:7, tells us, “as he thinks, so is he.” So, let’s stop for a moment and really grasp this concept. If I am thinking that I’m a failure then, by this scripture, I am a failure. If I’m thinking that I’ll never have enough money then it tells me that I will continue to live in poverty. So, as you can see, just by this scripture alone, the Bible makes it very clear that our thought life is powerful. What we think about ourselves and our lives is exactly what it will become.

Then, what should we do about it? Overcoming stinkin’ thinkin’ can be quite simple. The best way to start is by realizing that Jesus defeated everything that could ever come against us. In 1 John 3:8, it explains the very reason why Jesus came to Earth, “…The Son of God appeared for this purpose, to destroy the works of the devil.” It simply doesn’t matter if you are being attacked in your health, relationships, finances, or in any other area of your life…Jesus WON long time ago.

So with this in mind, what does the Bible have to say about the things we should keep in our minds?

  • Philippians 4:8   “…whatever is true, honorable, right, pure, lovely…dwell on these things.”
  • 1 John 3:1            “…great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we be called children of God….”
  • John 10:10          “…He came to give us life and life more abundantly.”
  • Psalm 23:1           “The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not lack.”
  • 2 Samuel 22:2     “The Lord is my Rock, my Fortress and my Deliverer.”
  • Isaiah 55:8           “For My thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways My ways.”
  • Philippians 4:13  “I can do all things through him who strengthens me.”

If you stop and really think about these scriptures, any stinkin’ thinkin’ that comes into your mind has absolutely no right to be there. God’s word simply tells us that no matter what we’re going through…We are WINNERS!  We are VICTORIOUS!

Since, Jesus already WON the battle and He is certainly more than capable of handling our situations, then all we need to do is…keep our thoughts on Him. And I for one believe that there is absolutely no better place to be, but, in the hands of Jesus.

So, as you can see, maintaining positive thoughts is detrimental to your well-being. Take a stand against negative stinkin’ thinkin’. Keep your thoughts on His word and become aggressive, for you are already a WINNER!

Be A Doubt Buster Today

Breaking ChainesEver find yourself saying “I doubt that could happen” or “my circumstances will never change” or “it’s just the way it is”?

We all go through long periods in our lives when nothing seems to be going right. Whether you got a bad report from the doctor or you can’t pay your bills. Maybe your family is in strife or you can’t find a job. Maybe your body is being attacked.

Whatever you find yourself going through, it’s easy to think on the problem and complain about it constantly. Worse yet, if it’s been a long time with the same problem or many problems all at once, you can find yourself saying I guess I just need to get used to it and you accept defeat.

No! There are two ways to live our lives. One in the “doubting Thomas” mindset or one in the “all things are possible to those who believe” mindset. When we doubt, we are being double minded. God said he gave us the power to choose life or death; therefore choose life. (Deuteronomy 30:19-20) He also has made it quite clear that when we doubt, we are setting ourselves up for failure.

James 1:6-7: “But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for the one who doubts is like a wave of the sea that is driven and tossed by the wind. For that person must not suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord.”

God makes it quite clear that if we doubt than we should not expect anything from Him. Basically when we doubt, we are telling God that our problems are larger than He is. How do you think that must make God feel when He created everything thing in the world, including us?

So you must be wondering, now what can I do? We must become more childlike where we stop analyzing everything to death. Every time a doubting thought comes into your mind, immediately replace it with God’s word!

  • When you have a thought that the pain will never go away…say “by His stripes I am healed!
  • When you think my circumstances will never change…say “I am more than a conqueror through Christ!”
  • When your finances dry up and you have no way to pay the bills…say “My God shall supply all my needs according to His riches and glory!”

Feed Your Faith

No matter what you see or feel, God knows every single piece of hair on your head. He counts your tears. There is absolutely nothing too hard for Him.

It may be taking longer than you would like and you are finding yourself frustrated; it’s okay…God completely understands. Ask Him for His forgiveness. AND FROM THIS DAY FORWARD…choose life and life more abundantly over every doubt, over every fear, over every pain. For God can not lie and all His promises will come to pass in your life if you will hold on tight and push the doubt away.

Let’s all become Doubt Busters today! You are not staying where you are right now…you have a tremendous life ahead of you and nothing, and I do mean nothing, can hold God’s promises back from being completed in your life! Stay in faith and know that everything will be alright!

You’re Being Set Up

God's GloryDid you know that your crisis is a setup for God’s glory!

Think about it…When so many things are coming against you, when the pain and sorrow is so bad that you don’t care what you look like or what people say about you, when you feel utterly empty, sad, alone, unhappy, defeated and depressed…most people would write you off. People would say there’s no hope. People would say you are a failure.

It’s hard to keep doing what God called you to do in the midst of the crisis. It’s hard to stand on the promises of God when everything around you is in chaos. It’s hard to read the gospel when all you want to do is cry. It’s hard to keep praying when you have no idea what to pray for.

Your emptiness, loneliness, singleness, unhappiness, hurt, pain and sorrow is never wasted when it’s for the Glory of God. You might have tried doing everything and failed. You’ve cried till your eyes are puffy and failed. You’ve turned to your family and friends yet everything still fails.

REMEMBER…It only takes one small touch from God to reverse course.

Think about it this way…When everything is going wrong and you get to the point that unless God touches your life, you see absolutely no way out. At this point, who would you praise when things miraculously turnaround into your favor and breakthroughs start happening so rapidly that your head spins? GOD DOES!!!

Psalm 107:2 “Let the redeemed of the LORD say so, whom he hath redeemed from the hand of the enemy;”

He’ll turn your sorrow to happiness, your frown to a smile, sickness and disease to restored health, your poverty into more than enough to spare and share, your sour relationships to loving partnerships and your loss to much gain.

Not one stone will be left un-turned when God moves mightily in your life. We may not understand the squeeze. We may not understand why all the sour lemons are being thrown. But what we can know is that we serve a MIGHTY GOD who created the universe.

Jesus was squeezed in every area of life before He chose to go to the cross. His stress and pain was so great, His sweat was droplets of blood. It’s His blood that will prevail. It’s His sacrifice that is more than enough to give us victory. When Jesus’ squeeze was finished…the grave couldn’t hold Him. He prevailed and received the ultimate victory…sitting at the Right Hand of our Father.gods-glory

Don’t think for one moment that Jesus doesn’t know what you’re going through. He gave you the victory…grab hold and don’t let go when things start getting rough. The rougher the road, the more incredible your outcome will be. Rejoice in your squeezing because you are about to make the most incredible lemonade there is.

Let Him shine in your life today! For when He does, all those people who wrote you off will be looking at you in AWE seeing that your God is real and truly does exist! You’ll have the most amazing testimony to share with all those who might not have believed!

So…Get ready to praise loudly for He moves swiftly and mightily!

AND…the Glory will be ALL HIS!
