Are You Ready For The Truth?

There are so many Christians, true followers of Christ our Lord and Savior, that feel lost. They have been bombarded with false doctrine and don’t even realize it. They have prayed, fasted and done all they could for their breakthroughs, yet nothing seems to change.

Today’s word is one of warning and truth. It’s being written with love for all those who have suffered greatly and have not seen the miracles they desperately need.

Right now on the world stage, God is bringing truth and light out of the darkness. You’re seeing pastors being arrested for sexual abuse. You’re seeing satanic symbols in church buildings. Sunday mornings have become more of a theater & lighting show than gospel being spoke. You’re hearing of satanic worship that goes beyond any comprehension. And yes, unfortunately we’re hearing that some pastors, actors, singers, politicians and media are a part of it. I can tell you that I’ve been shocked as things are being exposed. Once your eyes are opened, you start picking up all the signs that have been there all along. It’s quite disheartening. Then you start hearing bits and pieces about the clergy response teams and what that truly entails. There is so much we simply haven’t known and now it’s being brought to the center stage. This isn’t an easy word to write because we’ve been deceived for so long and it is imperative that Christians wake up, repent and turn back to the One True God.

For years Christians have been going to church, tithing and asking for prayer only to find themselves broke, busted and disgusted. They believe God’s Word and wholeheartedly have done all the right things they’ve been taught. They’ve gone to church, been faithful in their giving but all they see is deeper debt while the megachurch pastors are living extravagant lifestyles. Something is amiss here when wealthy pastors aren’t willing to even give food to those in need unless they fill out massive paperwork and get the pastor’s authorization. This completely misses the mark.

Does God want us prosperous? Absolutely! There’s nothing wrong with that. However, we are to be prosperous so we can help others. Period! Did Jesus ask for a tithe to heal? Did Jesus ask how much you can pay for a breakthrough? NO! Jesus just wanted to know if you believed in Him and that He could do all that you’ve asked.

I truly believe we are in the beginning stages of home congregations where real believers in Christ will come together, pray together, help one another and truly be there for each other. If one person is having a tough time, then all those in the home group gather to help. That is the real meaning of worship. It’s not a building, it’s not a rock star lifestyle…it’s a love for one another, lending a helping hand while worshiping and giving thanks to the Lord. It’s the people that make a “church” not a building!

God is starting to reveal many things about those in high positions, those in religious settings and the truth that will set us free. It will be our choice to either listen or turn a blind eye to it. There are going to be some very difficult things shown to us that I believe will rock us deeply. Will we be ready for God’s truth? Are we willing to let go of what we think or have been taught in order to follow the real truth.

God’s heart is for all to be saved. Unfortunately there will be many who will not want to let go of their current lifestyle, repent and turn back to the One True God of Abraham, Issac, and Jacob. Will you be willing?

This is a very deep conversation with many more aspects to be revealed as God sheds light on them. We don’t need to be afraid. God is in control and He’ll continue protecting, loving and guiding us. However we truly need to be ready for what will be exposed and know the true gospel without all the hype.

It’s happening quickly and seems to be accelerating. For those of us who love the Lord and want to do His will for our lives…we need to be ready to help others understand when it hits hard. God has had enough and He’s exposing much. People are going to be devastated as they come to realize that those they trusted the most have actually betrayed and done despicable things in order to keep their money & status. It will be hard to swallow and we’re already seeing people run away from the “church”. The hurt and confusion is real. None of this has ever been exposed before and our eyes are being opened. This is world wide so all of us need to ban together, love one another and be ready to love those who start seeing the truth revealed.

Please don’t take our word for it. Pray and do your own research. We are living in very exciting yet disturbing times. God is doing a massive awakening around the world.

With the Christmas season upon us, may we all take time to reflect what Jesus really accomplished with His ministry, death and resurrection. It is because of Him we are called brothers and sisters; children of the Most High God. Be loving this holiday season, pray as a family and give thanks for HIM. He is truly the reason for Christmas and we all have an amazing destiny that is ready to be birthed.

Sending you all many wonderful holiday blessings. May God fill you with the peace that surpasses all understanding.

Give Thanks

happy-turkey-day_give-thanksAh, the wonderful time of Thanksgiving. Sitting around the table with family and friends. Enjoying each other’s company filled with happiness and laughter. And, we certainly can’t forget about all the turkey, trimmings and pumpkin pie. What a glorious day to enjoy each year. The wonderful aromas filling the air.

But, have you ever taken a moment to look at the word, Thanksgiving. Do you realize that it can be broken down into two words? THANKS and GIVING!

When I think of Thanksgiving…sure, I remember all the wonderful memories of the years gone by. Cooking in the kitchen, enjoying the laughter, and watching football on TV. It is an amazing time for all to be had.

Have you ever realized that it could and should be a daily occurrence? Every time we wake up, we should THANK THE LORD for a new day. We should be thankful and grateful for the amazing day He has in store for us. It doesn’t matter what our circumstances look like at the moment. He has the answers and His ways are far beyond ours…so, we should be thankful that He will provide, heal, strengthen, and guide our steps.

We should also wake up each morning and be on the lookout of GIVING to someone in need. Giving is not just financial. You can GIVE a smile. You can GIVE time. You can GIVE kindness. You can GIVE a helping hand. There are so many ways to GIVE to our fellow man without breaking the bank. We just need to keep our eyes open and be ready to move when God shows us the way. It can be something as small as opening a door for someone. The key here is not to miss a moment; for giving is a beautiful way of living. You never know what that person is going through and you just might be God’s answer to them.

Let’s take a quick glance at what the Bible says about “Thanksgiving”:

  • 1 Thessalonians 5:18  “Give thanks in all circumstances; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus for you.”
  • Psalm 107:1 “Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever!”
  • Philippians 4:6 “Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God.”
  • Luke 6:38 “Give, and it will be given to you. Good measure, pressed down, shaken together, running over, will be put into your lap. For with the measure you use it will be measured back to you.”

See, every day is filled with opportunity. It can be filled with anger and depression or it can be filled with love and laughter. We all have a choice to make every time we wake up in the morning. So, from now on, how will you treat Thanksgiving? For me and my house, I will serve the Lord and continuously be thankful in all things and give whatever and wherever He leads me.

FEAR

Fear is so prevalent in our society today.  All you have to do is turn on the TV or search the internet and you will see fear everywhere!  But, did you know that fear is the devil’s way of keeping you in bondage? When we allow fear into our lives, it can birth into other nasty emotions, such as worry, stress and discouragement.

  • The fear of the unknown.
  • The fear of “what ifs”.
  • The fear of not having enough.
  • Fear of war, diseases and the economy.

We all have moments of fear or doubt.  In all honesty, most people fear things that most likely will never happen to them.  The problem with fear is that it can really take a grip on you.  You can find yourself in such a state that you stop doing the very things you have loved to do in the past.

But, what does the Bible say about fear?  Proverbs 29:25 says, “The fear of man brings a snare, but whoever leans on, trusts in, and puts his confidence in the Lord is safe and set on high.”

God is specifically telling us to lean and trust in Him because we are safe.  It doesn’t take a lot of faith or constant prayer.  Just tell God about the things you are fearing and let them go.  The one thing we really need to understand is that God has everything under control.

So…RELAX!  The battle is His and it is already WON!  Just seek the Lord and let Him take care of the rest, for fear has no place in your life.  Live, Love, Laugh and be Happy!  Life has so much to offer – REACH OUT and GRAB IT!

Yoke Breaking – Burden Removing

1john-4_17

God is the same yesterday, today and forever. There is nothing too big or too small for Him to tackle on our behalfs. We might be experiencing difficulties within our own lives or feel some aches and pains within our bodies; however, if we can turn on focus and see Jesus in every situation…life will take on a whole new meaning and outcome because everything has already been defeated.

It is important to remind ourselves that Jesus is healthy, kind, humble, loving, forgiving, rich, truth, filled with wisdom and has more than enough. Let’s break it down and look at it in it’s simplest form…

  • Is Jesus plagued with cancer, diabetes, or any illness? NO! So as He is, so are we in this world!
  • Does Jesus have aches and pain in His body? NO! So as He is, so are we in this world!
  • Is Jesus weak or concerned? NO! So as He is, so are we in this world!
  • Is Jesus worried about paying bills or where the financing will come from?  NO! So as He is, so are we in this world!
  • Is Jesus just barely getting by in life? NO! So as He is, so are we in this world!
  • Does Jesus worry about what others think or say about Him? NO! So as He is, so are we in this world!
  • Is Jesus worried about what He looks like or have any image problems? NO! So as He is, so are we in this world!
  • Is Jesus worried about who the next President will be? NO! So as He is, so are we in this world!
  • Does Jesus fret over where His next meal will come from? NO! So as He is, so are we in this world!
  • Is Jesus barely making ends meet? NO! So as He is, so are we in this world!
  • Does Jesus worry about His past or worry about something He did? NO! So as He is, so are we in this world!

Jesus loves us completely. He is full of truth and wisdom; and that truth and wisdom lives within us. Jesus is our water-walker! He is our yoke-destroying, burden-removing love that overcame everything on our behalf. Don’t let another moment go by without seeing Jesus’ victory. For there is not one thing that can come against you that hasn’t already been defeated. Let go and let Jesus’ victory replace your situation. Speak His truth in your life for His word will not return void. Victory is yours today, tomorrow and forever! As He is, so are we in this world!
